How do we treat e-mails you send us?

The e-mails (questions) which you can send us are organized per programme/project. MLSP/EFIPP will give answers to questions in the frame of call for proposals as per the rules from Practical Guide to contract procedures financed from the General Budget of the European Communities in the context of external actions, more specifically “at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of proposals”.
The e-mails with questions for the implementation of specific grant scheme contract will be received and answered in the respective regional office in respect of art. 5 “Confidentiality” of General Conditions and signed by the IA regional representatives declaration for confidentiality per each individual contract.
